4 Strategies To Scale Your Business

Updated: Nov 7, 2021

I've written quite a bit about how to start and launch your business for my aspiring and new entrepreneurs. Today, I will show some love to my established business owners by sharing some insights on how to scale your business to the next level.

1. Get A Mentor

Every new level requires a new version of you and that usually starts with a mindset shift. Your outcomes will change when your mindset changes and you take actions in alignment with the new you. You may need to invest in mentorship to give you that extra push that you need.

If you're at the stage where you need some in-depth mentoring, sign up for KMI's EOF Mentorship Program. It's mentorship that moves you...to where you need to be.

2. Be Authentic

Become the best in your area of expertise and show your clients the REAL you. Keep the clients' best interests in mind and serve them to the best of your ability. Remember you attract who you are, not what you want. Be authentic!

3. Develop A Solid Marketing Strategy

It's uncomfortable for some people to sell themselves, but think about it, who knows you better than you? Create marketing content based on your value proposition to make sure that you are hitting the right target. Two foundational marketing tools are your website and professional-looking promo videos. Leverage our website and content strategy service to help you get started.

4. Know Your Worth

The best way to say this is to just say it. Stop selling time and start selling solutions. Charging for time is one of the quickest ways to devalue yourself in the market. Never set your prices based on what you think your customers or clients can afford. Set your prices based on what you are worth in the marketplace. High prices are an indication that you are one of the best or the best at what you do and most people will pay for quality.

I do an in-depth breakdown of how to set your prices in the EOF Mentorship Program. Be sure to enroll in the upcoming session and take advantage of my best practices for success.
